Capabilities and Outcomes

What the factory actually does.

Three structural capabilities, six operational capabilities, one compressed delivery cycle.

Every output is AVM-first, WAF-scored, and deployed sovereign into your own Azure tenant. The market's failure rate is the brief. The factory is the answer.

Illustrative as-built record · figures shown are representative.

Three Structural Capabilities

How Talastron Kinetic AI delivers.

Compressed Time-to-Value: the Software Factory

The Problem

Organisations are paralysed building complex Azure data and AI environments (Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Palantir Foundry) because they lack elite architecture talent and the build time to match procurement windows.

The Solution

You don't build from scratch. The Agentic Factory generates foundational code and architecture automatically, grounded in Azure Verified Modules from Gate 2. A six-month engineering project becomes a four-day deployment. Your team approves at every gate. Nothing advances without your sign-off.

delivery / time-to-value
  • Traditional build ~6 months
  • Kinetic factory ~4 days

Built-In Compliance: the ISMS Advantage

The Problem

In defence and critical infrastructure, software cannot go live without passing brutal regulatory hurdles: ISO 27001, ISO 42001, JOSCAR, JSP 936, and sovereign data controls. Most solutions treat compliance as a post-build audit. You cannot afford that.

The Solution

The proprietary ISMS tool is an active blueprint, not a static dashboard. The compliance engine is baked into every factory gate: ISO 27001 Annex A controls, EU AI Act obligations, and Secure by Design principles are enforced mechanically, not retrospectively. Every solution is audit-ready from day one, with a pre-built assurance evidence pack at engagement close.

The Sovereign Access Moat

The Problem

Silicon Valley tech giants and offshore development teams cannot touch mission-critical UK data. They are blocked by strict nationality mandates, security-clearance requirements, and cloud sovereignty obligations. Most vendors paper over this. You need architecture-level proof.

The Solution

You hold the golden keys. Talastron Kinetic AI deploys as an Azure Marketplace Managed Application, into an isolated Managed Resource Group inside your own Azure tenant. Your data never moves. Your keys, your network perimeter, your control.

100% UK sovereign-owned, debt-free, fully cleared, embedded on the necessary defence frameworks. Talastron Kinetic AI is the trusted bridge between AI automation and national security.

Who Runs the Factory

Eight specialist agents.
Five human gates. You decide when to advance.

The Kinetic AI delivery pipeline is powered by eight purpose-built agents — six on the primary line plus two specialists called mid-pipeline — each responsible for a defined phase of the factory workflow. They prepare. You decide.

Stage 01

Minerva

Requirements and discovery

Captures natural-language intent inside Microsoft Teams and locks it into a strict specification schema. She carries the weight of requirements and maps the landscape before a single line of architecture is drawn.

Ingests
Natural-language intent from Teams
Emits
Locked specification schema
Dual-judge gate: a Challenger Agent and an external auditor sign off before Vitruvius begins.
Stage 02

Vitruvius

Architecture and blueprint

Reads the approved schema, models the data topology, and designs the cloud architecture against the Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Frameworks 2026. The master architect, instantly understood.

Ingests
Approved specification schema
Emits
Cloud architecture blueprint
Dual-judge gate: the architecture is reviewed against WAF and CAF before the forge runs.
Stage 03

Plutus

Cost estimation and SKU manifest

Called by Vitruvius mid-design, Plutus prices the architecture against live Azure retail rates and returns a SKU-by-SKU cost manifest, so the budget conversation happens before the build, not after the invoice. Named for the god of wealth: nothing ships without a number attached.

Ingests
Draft cloud architecture blueprint
Emits
Live-priced SKU manifest and cost estimate
Dual-judge gate: cost is reviewed alongside the architecture before Gate 2 sign-off.
Stage 04

Nemesis

Governance discovery and policy enforcement

Queries your live Azure Policy and Blueprints estate and folds every Deny and Modify effect into the architecture as a hard constraint, not a recommendation. Named for the goddess who ensures nothing escapes what it's due: non-compliant designs don't reach the build floor.

Ingests
Approved cloud architecture blueprint
Emits
Governance-constrained design, policy-verified
Dual-judge gate: the design is checked against your live tenant policy before Fabricius plans the build.
Stage 05

Fabricius

IaC planning and build contract

Turns the governance-constrained design into a pinned, AVM-first build contract: exact module versions, parameters, and dependencies locked before Vulcan writes a line of Bicep. Named for the Roman statesman known for incorruptibility: the contract Fabricius signs off doesn't drift.

Ingests
Governance-constrained design
Emits
AVM-pinned infrastructure build contract
Dual-judge gate: the build contract is the Gate 3 sign-off, reviewed before manufacturing begins.
Stage 06

Vulcan

Build and manufacturing

Stamps out production-ready Bicep or Terraform using Azure Verified Modules. No hardcoded secrets. No loose access controls. The forge that manufactures and builds, never prototypes.

Ingests
AVM-pinned infrastructure build contract
Emits
Production infrastructure as code
Dual-judge gate: the build is cross-referenced for compliance before governance review.
Stage 07

Cassandra

Deployment preview

Called by Vulcan before anything touches your tenant, Cassandra runs an az deployment what-if against the built templates and surfaces every resource that would change, delete, or fail: a true warning, this time acted on. Deployment is blocked until the preview is clean.

Ingests
Built infrastructure templates
Emits
Deployment what-if preview, pass or fail
Dual-judge gate: a failed preview blocks Gate 4 outright: nothing deploys until Cassandra's warning clears.
Stage 08

Themis

Quality assurance and governance

The adversarial Challenger Agent reviews every output before it can advance, while Kinetic AI Shield runs compliance cross-referencing in parallel. Justice and order. Nothing ships unreviewed.

Ingests
Built solution
Emits
Audited, gate-ready release
Final dual-judge gate: explicit human approval before deployment into your own tenant.
Every agent output is adversarially reviewed before it reaches a human gate. No agent advances the pipeline. Only you do. See the full pipeline

Deeper on the agents

What Nemesis, Fabricius, Plutus, and Cassandra actually enforce.

Dual-Judge Adversarial Challenge at Every Gate

Themis challenges every major pipeline output adversarially before any gate opens — requirements (Step 1c), architecture (Step 2c), and IaC plan (Step 4c). Primary Judge scores first; Formatting Judge checks conformance only if Primary passes.

Live Governance Discovery

Nemesis queries the live Azure Policy REST API — including management-group-inherited assignments — before planning begins. Deny and Modify findings become hard constraints in the build contract, not optional advisories.

AVM-Pinned Implementation Planning

Fabricius converts approved architecture, cost, and governance into a machine-readable build contract with Azure Verified Modules at pinned, live-verified versions. Vulcan makes no judgement calls — it builds what the plan specifies.

Pre-Deployment What-If Preview

Cassandra predicts every resource change against the live subscription state before Gate 4. Policy violations and unexpected deletes are blocking findings. No resource is provisioned until the what-if is clean.

Verification Architecture

The verification pipeline is neuro-symbolic.

Most agentic AI pipelines produce output. Talastron produces verified output. The difference is architectural — two layers that cannot override each other.

Neural layer

Language models reason and generate.

Azure OpenAI and Claude reason over the requirement, design the architecture, interpret governance constraints, and generate infrastructure code. They bring the breadth of understanding no rule engine can replicate.

  • Requirements interpretation (Minerva)
  • Architecture design and WAF scoring (Vitruvius)
  • Policy constraint interpretation (Nemesis)
  • IaC plan generation (Fabricius)
  • Bicep generation (Vulcan)
Neither layer can
override the other
Symbolic layer

Deterministic rules validate and gate.

Every agent output is validated against deterministic constraints before it can advance. Scores, policy checks, pricing queries, and compliance schemas are evaluated as hard logic — not suggestions.

  • Readiness Passport scoring (Gate 1 — pass/fail)
  • WAF Sovereign Gate — auto-reject below threshold
  • Live Azure Policy enforcement (Nemesis)
  • AVM module pinning — version verification
  • Deployment what-if cross-check (Cassandra)
  • Themis Dual-Judge — Primary then Formatting

What this means in practice

A hallucinated resource type cannot pass Nemesis's live Azure Policy check.
A hallucinated cost estimate cannot pass Plutus's live Azure pricing query.
A hallucinated compliance claim cannot pass Themis's deterministic schema check.
A public endpoint on a data service cannot pass Gate 4.
