NorthBridge Bank is a fictional UK retail bank, built to give the pipeline a realistic brief: an AI credit re-scoring platform, sovereign to UK South, FCA regulated, audited at every decision. The chapters below are that engagement end to end — Minerva taking the brief, Vitruvius designing the architecture, Themis auditing it against six control frameworks, Vulcan building the infrastructure, and Themis closing the gate. Cut for length and captioned for clarity; nothing else is edited. NorthBridge Bank is illustrative — not a real client, system, or dataset.
